Verizon Motorola Droid Vs HTC Droid Eris Reviews

Which verizon android phone is better, the motorola Droid or HTC Droid Eris ? After playing with both the Droid and the droid Eris at work, here are my reviews about them.

Firstly, the Eris’s design wise it is great. It feels good in your hand and I prefer the touch sensitive navigation buttons on this phone much better compared to the Droid. The screen is a little small but still looks great. The web browser is fast(not as fast as the droid) but it DO have multi touch pinch zooESm in and out gestures. On the main screen, I noticed very minimal to no lag. Granted I only used a few applications and had a couple widgets, but it was very much a smooth experience navigating through the home screens. Streaming youtube video quality was very good. Trackball is nice, very reminiscent of a blackberry and I like that!

November 5 lanuch date for Verizon LG Chocolate Touch

We had been told that the Lg Chocolate touch was coming to Verizon soon yesterday, but the info didn’t mention the actual lanuch date. Today accodrding to engadgetmobile, it is said Verizon will be sure to lanuch the Chocolate Touch on November 5, which may be the same day as the HTC Droid Eris.

Verizon blackberry Storm2 9550 Now On Sale

The Blackberry Storm 2 9550 now has been on sale via Verizon for $179.99 with two year agreemnets after $100 on-line discount as anticipated. The new verizon phones - Blackberry Storm 2 is “better” than the storm1 in terms of speed and typing but it was essentially the same device. I have to admit I wasn’t that impressed.

Verizon LG Chocolate Touch Coming Soon

Accodring to BGR, it is said the LG Chocolate Touch is coming to verizon soon in the next two weeks, and now
this phone is out on verizon store‘s shelfs, which just means t it has a coming soon sign. The Upcoming Verizon Phones – Verizon Chocolate Touch like a newer LG Vu for Verizon. Nothing special. It will pack a 3.2 megapixel camera, EV-DO Rev. 0, Visual Voicemail and VZ Navigator. We’re not sure how we feel about the design, but I’m pretty sure for that plan the phone also has to have a QWERTY keyboard like the BL20 and BL40.

New verizon Motorola Droid Android phone

The motorola Droid is a huge sideways slider phone, it has just been introduced by motorola to arrives at verizon On November 6th. The Dorid is cool Android phone, it looks great and cannot wait for future Droid phones when I’m ready to upgrade from my weak LG Dare. The Upcoming Verizon Phones- verizon Motorola Droid supports a new Google Maps Navigation application (in beta) that offers voice guidance and 3D navigation,  it runs on Android 2.0, and as well as features integrated email inbox with support for multiple Gmail and Exchange accounts; SMS and MMS search; double-tap zoom in the browser with support for HTML5; improved camera software; and improved on-screen keyboard software.
