How to sync contacts with Outlook on Verizon Motorola Droid 4

Because the phone’s memory card space is limited, most phones won’t support storing of more than 1500 contacts. Therefore you won’t be able to sync contacts with Outlook , when the Outlook contacts folder contains more than 1500 contacts.. it happans that the Motorola Droid 4 for Verizon is included in these most of phones, it doesn’t support to save contacts more than 1500. Then when you meet this problem, how will you do? Actually, now it is very easy to solve this problem, you can avoid this issue by creating a phone sync folder in outlook and syncing with that.

Previously we have shared one method of getting rooted  Motorola Droid 4, but this way is relatively complex, if you have any without any basis on root one phone, it is a little difficult to operate this. Fortunatelly, recently XDA developers developes one tool named Droid 4 Utility, this is one versatile software, it not only  can help us to easily  root  our Droid 4 phone on android 2.3.6 OS or Android 4.0.3  Ice Cream Sandwich OS, but also it can Unroot our phones and enables other features including:

  • Install Voodoo’s OTA Rootkeeper App
  • Install Safestrap Recovery App
  • Pull System

Verizon Motorola Droid 4 Usb driver software download

When you connect your  Motorola Droid 4 phone for Verizon with a PC via a usb cable to transfer or sync pictures, contacts, messages, ringtones or wallpapers or suchs as, but the PC can’t find your phone, you can’t do anything. Tourial:Getting rooted Verizon Motorola Droid 4

As we known, the Motorola Droid 4 for Verizon has just been available on sale for only nearly half of a month, but it has been rooted.  This is a good news for users who want to gain the root on Droid 4. Verizon 4G phones

The  method of getting one rooted motorola droid 4 is very simple, but it applies only to the Windows system PC . If you never know how to root one phone, then just follow the  instructions below:

1. Download and install the Motorola phone driver for Droid 4 [Download here]on  your Windows PC

2. Connect your Droid 4 smartphone with PC with the usb cable, the  download the Zip file shared by Dan Rosenberg and put it in your phone’s SD card roodirectory.

3. Turn off your phone, while turning on it, set it in USB debug mode.

4. unzip the zip file  you have download, you will get five files, and run  “the run.bat”  file, then you will root your verizon droid 4.  Verizon Phone Problems and solutions
