BlackBerry Tour Will Come To Bell, Not Hitting Verizon?

According to BGR,  The BlackBerry Tour 9630 is found In Bell’s inventory with an MSRP of $599.95 CDN ($510 USD). It’s obvious the BlackBerry Tour will head to Bell, but as  of now we don’t have a confirmed contract price but if Bell follows its normal pricing scheme including a data plan discount.  But the $510 is a little expensive, it should be priced at $199.95 on a three-year contract with some wiggle room for promotion so that many a Canadian could get one.  Verizon Blackberry tour info

Well, do you remember that? last week we also got info said the  Tour would come to Verizon on July 13th . I’m wondering if it come to bell, the 9630 would not hit Verizon.
