Official: HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE is coming to Verizon soon for $299.99 with contact

Since March of this year, the HTC Droid Incredible 4G  LTE frequently appeared, at firs the smart phone was called the HTC Fireball, HTC Droid Incredible 4G. Recently this new Verizon 4G LTE smartphone has appeared on Verizon’s official Droid Does webpage, it displays the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE will cost $ 299.99 with  two-year contract , related to its excellent performance, this price quite reasonable.

Verizon Samsung jasper I200 Quad-Core android phone surfaces

If you are the lovers of Verizon android phones, but you feel the Galaxy Nexus is a little expensive, then the following Samsung mobile phones may be just right for you. PocketNow latest exposed a unannounced Samsung SCH-I200 Jasper with Bluetooth technology and GLBenchmark test  for us. “According to GLBenchmark test data, it  shows  that this hanset will be powered by a  1.5GHz four-core Qualcomm S4 MSM8960 processor (HTC One X also works with this processor).

If Verizon will carry the Samsung Jasper, it t is likely that the Samsung will support LTE 4G network. These data suggest that it will run the ICS 4.0 OS, also it is showed that the mobile phone will be designed with a  display with revolution of  800 * 480, compared to the current 720P standard, it is behind a lot, but may be the phone is aimed at the entry market.

Verizon Motorola Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx software update 6.12.181 will be available for download soon on April 22

Motorola always to release the upgrade for its android smartphones so slowly, early this month we had heard Motorola delayed to push out the Android 4.0.3 ICS update scheduled on April 4 for Motorola Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx for Verizon, but just told indirectly its users that they will be rolling out a version number of  6.12.181 update to fix the bugs on both Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx, however, this update with no android 4.0 OS has been availbale so far, it is so depressing.

Lucily today Phonearena exposed that the Motorola had sent out the soak Test version o  6.12.181 update for Motorola Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx  owners on Thursday morning. The test will take about 4 days, and it is expected to get the official  update on Arpil 22, just this Monday.

Although this update is not the android 4.0.3, personaly it is still to worth downloading, after all the update brings some impovements and bugs fixs for both Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx, including: optimizes the battery on the two phones, and modifies the storage screen UI to let you know how much used and available storage space (more…)

Verizon is about to release a new software update 2.20.605.3710RD for HTC Rhyme

In addition to cut substantially the price of  HTC Rhyme, according to phonearena, Verizon is about to release a new software update for this hanset, sadly this is not the Android 4.0.3  ICS update, but it is just a mini upgrade, its version is  2.20.605.3710RD. Do not look down upon this new update, it  adds a new in-call volume control and some other more features for HTC Rhyme, including:

- “Ringtones” has been replaced with “Edit Home” when the Menu key is pressed on the homescreen.
- Updated signal strength meter to 5 bar Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI).
- Mobile networks no longer disabled when using Power Saver.
- Device is enabled with the Wireless Alerting System.

Verizon now offering free HTC Droid Incredible 2 and HTC Rhyme untill out of stock

Verizon HTC Rezound Android 4.0.3 ICS update release date scheduled on April 6

At the mid of February of this year, HTC had officially announced that htc Rezound for Verizon would get the android 4.0.3 update in Q2, later there ware some unofficial version ICS update coming out, sadly there is no words on when the officila 4.0.3 ICS update for htc rezound will be released. Exciting, recently one leaked Best Buy documents to show that Verizon will roll out the ICS Android 4.0 update for the Motorola Droid RAZR and RAZR MAXX , also we are glad to see that Verizon will push  ICS Android 4.0 update to HTC Rezound. Verizon sets the release date for Motorola Droid Razr and Razr Maxx’s Android 4.0 ICS update on April 4

As the popular android smartphone, when the Motorola Droid Razr series will get the Android 4.0 Update becomes a hot topic what’s a lot of the user concern. Exciting, yesterday it was reported  U.S. carrier Verizon will release the  ice cream sandwiches firmware upgrade for the Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx this week.

Especially, one Verizon internal sources to disclose that the android ICS 4.0 OTA upgrade will being pushed out for the Razr MAXX and Droid Razr user on April 4. In addition, two days later, just on April 6, the HTC Rezound will also get Android ICS update. Especially, it is exposed that Motorola has sent out an email to invite part of onwners of  both the Motorola DROID RAZR and the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX to participate in a soak test of the latest android 4.0.3 upgrade.

How to set an Unlock Pattern, PIN, or Password on Lg Lucid 4g

If you don’t like other friends to user your LG Lucid 4g phone for verizon to make calls, seeing your messages or pictures in the camera gallery, or play games, you can choose  to  add security to guard against unauthorized use, you can set a pattern, PIN, or password that will need to be entered to unlock. Setting an Unlock Pattern, PIN, or Password, Follow these steps to set an unlock sequence for the first time or after you disable a previously set unlock sequence.
1.  From the Home Screen, touch the Apps Key    > Settings  > Security .
2. Touch Set up screen lock (under the Screen unlock section of the Security settings).
NOTE:  If you already have a set sequence, you have to touch  Change screen lock .
3. Touch Pattern,  PIN , or  Password.
Pattern: Locks the screen using a pattern you draw with your finger.
The first time you set an unlock pattern, you will see a tutorial with instructions on how to create it. Read the tutorial and touch Next (twice). (more…)

Verizon Lg Lucid 4G pre Reviews

As scheduled, Lg Lucid 4G hit Verizon store shelves yesterday,  Phonearean was lucky to get the unboxing pics for  Lucid 4G and brings some pre reviews on it.

LG Lucid ‘s overall design is successor to the LG Optimus 2x’s style, using an angular design, chrome-plated screen panel covers the entire front fuselage, looks very elegant. In addition, the body shell of Lg Lucid is very bright, which gives us  a good visual experience, but this also means that the surface of the phone could easily be  dirty by the fingerprint.
In addtion, Verizon Lg Lucid 4G’s configuration is attractive, it supports Verzion’s 4G LTE network, equiped with a 4-inch WVGA (480 x 800) IPS LCD screen,  working with 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, also the handset features a 5 million pixels with autofocus  and LED flash, support for HD video recording, as as well as  a front facing camerahead. Currently LG Lucid is  running Android 2.3 system, but the android 4.0 upgrade is coming soon. Verizon 4G phones

Overall, Lg Lucid 4g is not  a sophisticated high-end smart phones, it just a mid level device, however, the contract low price of $ 80 added the not bad feature,   LG Lucid (more…)

Official: Verizon Lg Lucid 4G is coming soon on sale for $79.99

Last week there was one internal documents to show that LG and Verizon will launch a new LTE smartphone- LG Lucid. Today   this dual-core androisd smartphone- LG Lucid 4G is officially lanunced by Verizon, especially it is coming soon tomorrow, just on March 29th, priced at $79.99 with 2 year contact.

The same as the previous rumor, Lg Lucid works with a  1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, running android 2.3 system, and Verizon confirmed the Android 4.0 the ICS update will come to Lg Lucid 4g in the near future.

The New Verizon cell phones – Verizon Lucid 4G  is equipped with a 4 inches of NOVA IPS-LCD screen with a resolution of 480 * 800, Gorilla gorilla scratch-resistant glass to provide additional protection. In addition, it has a built-in 8GB storage  andsupport 32GB expansion. LG Lucid comes with a 5 million pixel camera, support 1080P HD video recording.
