Confirmed: Verizon BlackBerry Torch 9850 released date on Sept 15th for $199

While all we are thinking that Verizon will release the new 4G smartphone-  BlackBerry Torch 9850 on September 15, yestester Verizon and Rim officially announced the Torch 9850 will be available for sale via Verizon online stores on September 8, just today. So if you can’t waiting to get the Torch 9850, now you can order one from Verizon official stores. But Verizon will release the BlackBerry Torch 9850  in its retail stores on September 15 as rumored.

Overall, the blackberry 9850 is a mid level smartphone, it will be priced at $199.99 with new two-year agreement.

Motorola Droid Bionic now on sale via Verizon stores

As scheduled, today the long waited Motorola Droid Bionic is official on sale via Verizon stores, and it costs $299 with 2 year contact, no-contract price is at $ 600. This new Verizon 4G LTE smartphone - Verizon Droid Bionic   supports Verizon 4G LTE network, comes with a 4.3 inches qHD screen, the new Motoblur and a 1GHz TI OMAP4 processor. ALso it has 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage and a 800 million pixels camera to support 1080p HD video capture. Verizon Droid Prime confirmed still named Samsung Nexus Prime I9250

Previously it was exposed that Verizon would release one new Samsung android smartphone equiped with android 4.0 IceCream Sandwich OS  in October to replace the Samsung Galaxy s II competing with iphone 5, and the new device may be called Samsung Droid Prime. When we all think this is the finally name, however, today Samsung confirmed that the hanset from Google will still named Nexus Prime, but not Droid Prime.

Verizon will release HTC Rhyme new android smrtphone on September 29th for $199

Recenty there is one new android smartphone appears onVerizon minimum adve rtising price (MAP) list, named HTC Rhyme, it is impressively ranked on September 29 in the U.S, and  priced at $ 199.99 a new two-year contract. It is widely expected the HTC Rhyme  is related with previous acquisitions Beats Electronics, experted at sound texture, and it will be released on sale  prior to the iPhone5 to challeng with apple phone.  In addtion,  HTC Rhyme may even be an Android-powered smartphone with a side-sliding physical QWERTY keyboard and ‘global roaming’ abilities.

Verizon Samsung Stratosphere I405 – New Verizon 4G LTE android smartphone coming soon

It seems that there will be another new Samsung android smartphone coming to Verizon in October or later 2011, in addtion to the Samsung Droid Prime, which is just the Samsung Stratosphere I405, previoulsy we have just reported it. Especially, it is said the Samsung Stratosphere should be Verizon’s first 4G LTE slider.

Recently, the live pics for Samsung Stratosphere SCH-I405 are also spotted in the wild, according to the leaked photos, we can clearly see Stratosphere SCH-I405 is a sliding slider with a touch screen, the design of the whole body is sleek. (more…)

Upcoming Verizon Samsung Droid Prime android 4.0 smartphone is the Nexus Prime

Early in August it was exposed Samsung will continue to be responsible for the OEM of Nexus Prime (Nexus 3). Recently it is revealed that the U.S. carriers Verizon will be launch one new Smaetphone in October named Droid Prime  , model SCH-i515. the news said that Droid Prime is just the Nexus Prime, if the rumors are true, Droid Prime will have a 4.5 “touch screen and 1.5GHz dual-core processor, especially, the hanset will run android 4.0 IceCream Sandwich OS  .

Verizon Pantech Breakout LTE and Samsung illusion live pics spotted, coming soon in September

Previoulsy it was reported that Verizon will lanuch a variety of smartphones in September, 2011. Today pocketnow exposes the live images for two new upcoming verizon cell phones, which is just the Pantech Breakout and  Samsung illusion.

 Samsung illusion‘s model number is the SCH-i110, this handset is aimed at the low martket juded from from the model, sadly the details about S Samsung illusion is unclear. However, according to the leaked spy photos, Samsung Illusion’s configuration does not seem to shabby. Now it is confimred   Samsung illusion is also an android smartphone,  and has a large  HVGA (320×480) touch screen and four standard Android touch button. Also it will be powered by 800MHz or 1GHz CPU, equiped with  3.0 MP or 5.0 MP camera.
