  1. Download/Install the attached “ICSInstall.CAB” file.
    (You may not need to do 2 – 6 but this is how I got it to work.)
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Test the install by Connecting the USB cable to your computer.
  4. Then run “IntShrUI” from the Programs Menu and select “Connect”.
  5. If done correctly the program should display “Connected”.
  6. Now select “Disconnect” and disconnect the USB cable.
  7. Download/Install the attached “WMWifiRouter91.CAB” file.

Once it’s there go to settings, personal, sounds and notifications and select the notifications tab. Verizon Samsung Omnia Storage Card Issue

One of my friends had bought the samsung omnia from verizon wireless for 6 months. And last weeks he found that his omnia smartphone didn’t recognize the storage card ,  the handset can’t search it and it doesn’t show up in the ‘Memory’ settings. Verizon Samsung Omnia’s new unofficial GPS beta ROM now available

We have heard that an new unofficial beta ROM for the Verizon Wireless Samsung Omnia i910 has been available on one forums called Modaco. The ROM includes several upgrades for Omnia users including the much anticipated GPS unlock. In addition to unlocking the GPS, the leaked ROM includes the following enhancements:

  • Ability to disable threaded text messaging via system settings
