My boyfriend got his 4th refurbished samsung alias 2 phone today! His first one worked good then ever since he lost it in the cornfields he’s gotten all phones with bad battery or weird times when it won’t text or receive. I don’t know about his latest phone but I bet it’ll be the same. Also his battery was overheating… I personally wouldn’t recommend the phone.
this phone sucks! I would NOT recommend it. I’ve been on my 3rd one. I got the phone at the end of Nov 2009 and since than nothing but problems. The phone turns off by itself every now and than. ALL 3 I’ve had did or does this on and off. I’m now I’m my 3rd phone. I hate it. Not only does it turn off by itself every now and than, but the battery life sucks and it freezes for long periods of time, sometimes more than once a day, where you can do anything on the phone. I’m extremely unhappy with this phone. And what sucks even more I’m not eligible till July 2010 for upgrade. I’ve been on the phone several times with verizon trying to figure something out. I don’t think I can wait till July for a new phone. VERY unhappy with this phone and will NEVER get this phone again!

I had this phone for 2 years with no replacements… it survived a fall from a second floor balcony onto cement, through a toilet several small drops and im sure other things and i had never had any problems with it…. the people that had problems had bad replacements thats because verizon always gives bad replacements i havent ever received a good replacement phone from verizon.
