Subscribe Feed (RSS)The Lg Cosmos for Verizon is a great basic phone for the value, it does not require the data package, so if If you’re someone like me who really doesn’t need internet on their phone/doesn’t want to pay for it, then get this phone. In addtion, it is perfect to use with the unlimited message package because they have made it very accessible for that. Instant messaging and text messaging options is the first thing you see when you open the qwerty board, preloaded with Yahoo, Aim and windows live. Also has My Space and Facebook already installed also.

Moreover, I like the form factor of the lg cosmos. I think we’ve been saturated with Touch-screen centric smartphones that we have forgotten that these things are phones at heart. For a non-smart phone the form factor is really attracting me, especially with the micro-review of the keys. Only problem I find is with charging the battery. This is the second Cosmos I’ve had, replaced the first one the 3rd day I had it, same problem. The USB cable does not fit securely and you have to get it just right to get it to charge, and then you don’t dare move it till it’s done. Will probably go back to Verizon with this one, too.Overall a great phone. I got it a few days after it came out & I really like it! If you’re looking for a good phone to txt with and you don’t want the internet this is a great choice!
Overall I do enjoy having this phone, and it’s a pretty good one for the price.
