Reviews for Verizon Blackberry Curve 2

The blackberry Curve 2 is  the replacement of Curve 8520, also named blackberry curve 8530, It will be available at Verizon sometime in November after blackberry storm 2. The Verizon Curve 2 felt solid in  hands. No issues with build quality here. It is identical to the Curve 8520 with the exception of the back cover, which, is covered in a checkered pattern that feels silky to the touch. It adds that little something extra compared to the Curve 8520.

The Curve 2 will be a GSM model, it has a faster CPU, has more flash memory, it has Wi-Fi, it can do simultaneous voice and data, it has the optical trackpad and an updated look and feel. All of these features make it a good Verizon Curve 8330 replacement, even if it is aimed at the low end of the market. While its battery life doesn’t seem to be quite as good as the 8520. However, compared with the blackberry blod 8900, the Curve 8530 is lacking the 3.2 Megapixel auto focus camera with flash, the larger resolution screen, and the more sophisticated styling and finish, but it does have 3G (albeit US only) and the optical trackpad. In addtion, the Curve 2‘s Micro-SD slot has been redesigned again and this time I think it’s easier than ever to slip old cards out and new cards in. The design is a concave slot that guides the cards directly into the reader.

Though the verizon blackberry Curve 2 is  an entry-level, but it won’t be disappointing, after it is still a smartphone. Well, that’s all, if you have gotten the Curve 2, let’s know what’s your reviews.
