Verizon Enlarges Remote DVR Programming to Most Phones

Today, Verizon announced a new tool to enable subscribers to manage its FiOS fiber-optic television in the media of DVR.  The service enables customers to remotely review, change or add recording requests, delete recorded programs, browse and search TV and video-on-demand listings, and set parental controls from wireless handsets. Most phones with mobile browsers and data plans can access the DVR site and interact with their DVRs as the service is accessed via the mobile Web. But  users must subscribe to the FiOS TV Home Media DVR.
