He also said he had fully charged it before  he  went through the activation. However, When he charged it overnight last night, but after exploring with it a little bit , mading /rec’ding  a couple calls today and Senting a couple text messages todya, the battery is back down to 3 bars already. And his  env touch phone begin to be dead at this time.  he had done two hard resets already, but still with the same problem.

I’m having similar issues. Got my phone about 2 months ago. Originally got about 7 days of standby with periodic use. Then, overnight, it switched to maybe 5 hours of standby with no use at all. I’m going to ask Verizon for a new battery. If they won’t give me one, I’ll have my old phone reactivated and put this one away.

I have a new EnV3 Touch (less than 30 days old) and am having similar problems with the battery. The same day I fully charged the battery I made one 11 minute call and opened the web brower for a few minutes to change the home page. The battery dropped to 3 bars. I rarely use my phone and don’t get more than one day stand by time at the most. This is ridiculous because I chose this phone because it advertised 300+ hours of standby time. I am going to ask for a new battery or a new phone.
