    Thanks! That helped me out a bunch.

    One thing I’d like to mention about the driver though…

    After installing the software you need to make sure that the USB Auto Detection setting found at: Main Menu > Settings & Tools > USB Auto Detection is set to “Sync Music” or “Ask on Plug”(you will need to select “Music” if you use this setting)

    i get app error which the drivers won’t install.

    Dear Farley, Go to the start menu, search programs, search: MODEM, this application should show up somewhere. RIGHT CLICK on this application and click “RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR” The application will then begin to install.

    The problem I have is.. I don’t see a “Settings and tools” option on my computer.. I have windows 7… like in the start menu? Because I don’t know what the “Main Menu” is if it’s not the start menu…
