I do believe that a foreclosure can have a significant effect on the client’s life. Mortgage foreclosures can have a 8 to ten years negative impact on a debtor’s credit report. A new borrower who has applied for a mortgage or almost any loans for example, knows that a worse credit rating is, the more hard it is for any decent bank loan. Hi Everyone – I’ve been monitoring this blog ~year, waiting for all of the flaws to be worked out. It’s unclear which have and which have not, so here are my questions – any insights/info is greatly appreciated ==>

1) Does the Outlook Calendar sync for LG EnV3 work with Windows XP, Vista, and 7 ? Or, are their limitations?
2) Does the sync work with Outlook 2010?
3) Does the ‘Location’ field now sync over — this is critical to the usefulness of the product.
4) Does the Contact sync for LG EnV3 bring over Addresses and Pictures?

If turning off auto DST fixes the problem, why not leave it off and set the clock manually twice a year instead of disabling/re-enabling every sync??

My sync can work fine… as long as I make the small change to the automactic adjust clock setting; however now the lg sync tab in outloook vanishes whenever I close outlook. I have to download the software each time to add the lg sync tab, so i normally never log off outlook unless i am going to be away (vacation/holiday). this is starting to get annoying.. the daylight savings setting was an ez fix.. anyone have a suggestion on how to prevent my lg sync tab to stop from being removed?

Hi All – Last posting in this string was Sept 8…it is now Nov 14.

I’d like to install the Outlook Sync software, but wanted to know if the DST Time Problem and ‘Location’ filed problem have been resolved.

Anyone? Thanks much for any assistance/direction.
