Verizon Lg Versa’s Touchscreen question

One of my friends just bought the Lg Versa from Verizon wireless, after for ten days trial, he finds that when he texts message and if he dont answer it fast enough, like 15-20 minutes, the Verizon Lg Versa would freeze, and its screen would stay on and unlock and nothing would work. Only taking the back out and removing the battery would fix this. Verizon lg versa phone info

My firend also found out that he changed a options in text to remind me a text every 15 minutes. turning this off fixes the bug. to access this, go to settings and tools>sound settings>alert sounds>TXT message>Reminder>Once (to fix).
